The new Chester Pac Winter Boots from clothing and footwear manufacturer Seeland, form part of a new range of equestrian style boots for 2010/2011.
As the description suggests, the Chester is designed to be a winter boot. This is achieved by the use of a 200g weight Thinsulate lining. The addition of Thinsulate to the velour nylon lining provides the Chester Pac Boot with a comfort rating down to a temperature of -5 Deg.C. .
The outer material used on the upper part of the boot is oiled leather, which in itself provides plenty of insulation and protection from the elements. The footbed used is anatomically designed and ventilated to give the best possible fit and comfort.
Being a Seeland Pac style boot, the toe, heel and side of the boots are protected by a 52% natural rubber which with added properties prevents excessive wear and water ingress.
The sole used on the Chester Pac Winter Boots is a Seeland Calendar unit which is designed to provide a high level of grip on very slippery surfaces.
The Seeland Chester Pac Winter Boots are available in a mens and ladies version together with a ladies steel toe capped model. Ladies sizes start at a UK size 4 up to a size 9.5. Mens sizes start at a UK size 7.5 up to a size 12.5 .
At a retail price of £44.99 incl.Vat. , the Chester range offers excellent value for money.
